About Millcreek Coffee

It all started with a love of coffee. In the early 1990s, the Brewster’s realized they had a passion for coffee. It became a quest … to find the best coffee and learn all they could about the entire process. In 1992, they opened their doors, starting to roast specialty coffee for Utah's Wasatch Front and surrounding areas. To this day, Millcreek Coffee Roasters remains a family business, employing second-generation Brewsters.

Millcreek Coffee Roasters started in a little building on Broadway with one 12-Kilo roaster. From the start, special care was taken to profile each bean and to roast it to its fullest potential. We have an assortment of blends and single-origin varietals, and continually cup new coffees to find unique offerings for our customers. Our goal is to provide the best coffee at the best possible price for our customers.

From the farm to the cup, great coffee starts with an excellent bean. We start by sourcing the highest quality, specialty-grade coffee beans with a focus on sustainable business practices and environmentally friendly production. We visit countries of origin to ensure that farming practices are sustainable and fair. By working with many growers as well as importers who are working with farmers at origin, we can create direct-trade and transparent relationships. We pay a premium for coffees to ensure quality in the cup while also doing what is best for our growers and the coffee communities. Additionally, a percentage of every pound purchased in Colombia, Guatemala, and Costa Rica goes directly back into the coffee growing communities.

Timing is everything – coffee loses much of its flavor seven to 10 days after roasting. We roast and deliver daily, and date stamp our coffee bags to ensure our coffee has exceptional flavor. Coffee is our passion, and you’ll taste it in every batch we roast! We know that there are a lot of coffee options out there, and we thank you for your love of artisan coffee.
