This Indonesian coffee is grown by smallholder farm producers on the slopes of Gunung Latimojong, the highest mountain in Sulawesi, reaching 3,478 meters above sea level. These farmers cultivate coffee on their higher elevation land, with cinnamon and onions cultivated in the lower plots. High altitudes, combined with careful cultivation, lead to an excellent coffee that’s juicy and sweet with honeyed, floral notes.
